1. Where we deliver
- India: PAN-India, shipped from our Delhi kitchen — typically 2–5 days.
- Nepal: across Nepal, shipped from our Itahari kitchen — typically 1–4 days.
Orders are fulfilled within your selected region. We currently do not ship across the India–Nepal border.
2. Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout based on your address and order value. Free-shipping thresholds, when available, will be displayed on the site.
3. Order processing
Because everything is freshly made, orders are prepared in small batches. You’ll receive a confirmation and tracking details once your order ships.
4. Freshness & damage
Pustakari is a naturally long-shelf-life sweet and is packed to travel. If your order arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched. Once an order is being prepared or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
6. Returns & refunds
- As a food product, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage, spoilage or an incorrect item.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
