1. Who we are
Meethay is a cross-border sweet brand operating locally in India (from Delhi) and Nepal (from Itahari). Orders are fulfilled by the operation in your selected region.
2. Orders & pricing
- Prices are shown in your selected region’s currency (INR for India, NPR for Nepal).
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by our regional payment partners. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
4. Food product & allergens
Our sweets are made with dairy (milk) and nuts and may contain traces of other allergens. Please read product details before ordering. Consume by the best-before date printed on the pack.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. India orders typically arrive in 2–5 days and Nepal orders in 1–4 days. See our Shipping & Refund Policy for details.
6. Intellectual property
All brand names, logos, content and designs on this site are owned by Meethay / its parent and may not be used without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
8. Governing law
Orders placed in India are governed by Indian law; orders placed in Nepal are governed by Nepali law.
